G. Mark Mickelson founded Mickelson & Company, LLC, in 2005. Mickelson is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the South Dakota Bar Association.

Prior to Mickelson & Company

2004 - Present: Mickelson became an active owner in the ongoing development of 200 acres of land (light industrial, office and commercial) in northwest Sioux Falls

2004 - 2005: Mickelson and a partner handled the corporate divestiture process for over 50 locations of a mechanical sub-contracting subsidiary owned by Lennox International, a Richardson, Texas based Fortune 500 Company

1997 - 2003: Mark was employed by Northwestern Corporation, a public utilities company

1993 - 1996: Executive with Hegg Companies, Sioux Falls real estate development company (where he arranged his first tax credit based financing)

1988 - 1990: Audit staff member for Deloitte & Touche (f/k/a Touche & Ross) Minneapolis, Minnesota
