Mickelson & Company was founded in March of 2005 by G. Mark Mickelson after he had spent years working with a variety of corporations on financial and legal issues. Vast experience dealing with corporate liquidations, financial restructuring and tax credit finance work gives Mickelson & Company a unique advantage over other professional business service companies (CPA and Attorney on staff).
