Glen Herrick

Glen Herrick works as a Senior Advisor for Mickelson & Company, bringing decades of experience in executive leadership, corporate finance and renewable energy.

Glen joined Mickelson & Company in 2025 as a Senior Advisor and brings decades of experience in executive leadership, corporate finance and renewable energy. Glen currently serves on the board of MVB Financial (Nasdaq: MVBF) and Central Bank, as well as on the advisory board of the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business. 

Before coming to Mickelson & Company, Glen served for 11 years as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Pathward Financial (Nasdaq: CASH), a financial services company specializing in fintech banking, commercial lending and renewable energy project finance. Previously, Glen served in senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Poet and Ingersoll-Rand after serving as an officer in the United States Army. 

Glen received an Industrial Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a MBA from the University of South Dakota. Glen and his wife, Amy, have two adult sons and live in Sioux Falls.
