Glen Herrick

Glen joined Mickelson & Company in 2025 as a Senior Advisor and brings decades of experience in executive leadership, corporate finance and renewable energy. Glen currently serves on the board of Central Bank, as well as on the advisory board of the University of South Dakota Beacom School of Business. 

Before coming to Mickelson & Company, Glen served for 11 years as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Pathward Financial (Nasdaq: CASH), a financial services company specializing in fintech banking, commercial lending, renewable energy project finance and structured finance solutions. Previously, Glen served in senior leadership and finance roles at Poet, Wells Fargo and Ingersoll-Rand after serving as an officer in the United States Army. 

Glen received an Industrial Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of South Dakota. Glen and his wife Amy have two adult sons (Andrew and Matthew) and live in Sioux Falls.
