Carly joined Mickelson & Company in 2026 as a Director of Renewable Energy Project Finance. She brings more than a decade of experience in corporate and technical accounting and leads end-to-end transaction processes, financial analysis, due diligence, and other project financing activities for clean energy projects.
A licensed CPA, Carly began her career with Deloitte in Omaha before returning to Sioux Falls, where she spent over eight years with CNH Industrial and Raven Industries.
Carly earned a BA in Accounting and General Science from Dakota Wesleyan University, and a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPA) from the University of South Dakota.
Outside the office, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, Bill, and their two kids.
