Peter Martin is an Advisor for Mickelson & Company and brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, M&A, operations, strategy, and business development.
Peter spent over 19 years in senior leadership and CFO roles with the Fortune 5 company UnitedHealth Group, driving financial performance, operational improvement, strategic partnerships, and complex deal negotiations.
A CPA (inactive), Peter began his career in public accounting with Andersen and Deloitte after earning degrees from the University of South Dakota and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota (MBA).
Peter and his wife, Jaime, live in Minneapolis with their two children. In addition to his professional work, he serves on the board of the Positive Coaching Alliance Minnesota Chapter and is actively involved in leadership development and youth athletics through quarterback training and coaching Legion baseball.
