Stephanie Ochowicz

Stephanie Ochowicz joined Mickelson & Company in 2026 as Executive Assistant. She brings more than a decade of experience in administrative operations, client communication, and financial coordination, along with a strong reputation for organization and attention to detail.

Prior to joining the team, Stephanie served as Business Manager at Baker Audiology & Hearing Aids in Sioux Falls, where she oversaw scheduling, billing and insurance coordination, accounts payable and receivable, and vendor relationships.

Stephanie earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interior Design from Century College in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her children’s activities.
